Carol Ramirez

She has more than 21 years in the field of interpretation, 17 of them in the field of Video Relay Service. In addition, she has worked in the community in different facets. She currently works as a trilingual interpreter at Purple Communications, provides services for both local and federal government, and serves on the board of RISPRI (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf of Puerto Rico) as President. She is certified by the Canadian English Institute in various teaching techniques. She has the National EIPA certification (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) and is on her way to taking the national certification of the NIC (National Interpreter Certification)
